Key Responsibilities
Prepare food items to culinary standards
Supervise and inspect culinary service aspects
Lead team in day-to-day operations
Travel to assist communities with minimum notice
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Ability to travel to multiple Arrow communities
Demonstrated skills in leadership, training, and supervision
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Formal culinary, food service or restaurant training or equivalent experience
Current Adult First Aid card
Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds
Criminally cleared
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in senior housing or related field
