• Every other weekend required | Holidays as needed | No on-call

About the Role:
We’re seeking experienced Telemetry RNs to join the Float Pool in Edison, NJ. In this role, you’ll provide patient-centered care, collaborate with physicians, and manage telemetry patients. If inpatient holds are low, you’ll float to other adult inpatient areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care
• Managing patient needs and prioritizing care
• Performing therapeutic interventions and monitoring telemetry patients
• Advocating for evidence-based nursing practices

Requirements:
✔️ ASN (BSN preferred)
✔️ Active NJ RN license (or compact)
✔️ BLS (AHA), NIHSS, Telemetry Certification, Stroke CEU (4 hrs)
✔️ Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience
