Key Responsibilities
Supervise Direct Support Professionals
Provide direct support and oversee services in residential or vocational settings
Maintain licensing compliance for program services
Assist in development of individual program plans
Monitor health and administer medications when applicable
Maintain productive relations with individuals and families
Assist with recruitment and training of staff
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if driving on behalf of the Company
