Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Schedule and confirm customer appointments for sales consultations and vehicle service
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
Assist customers with questions and concerns
Proactively follow up with customers to enhance satisfaction
Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments
Stay knowledgeable about dealership products, services, and promotions
Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Must pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous automotive BDC, sales, or customer service experience
Experience in reception, call center, or other customer-facing roles
Knowledge of CDK, X-Time, and Carmen scheduling platforms
Ability to answer customer questions about vehicle services, maintenance, and scheduling
