Job Requirements:
- License: Active RN – Indiana (IN)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS (Required)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years; oncology experience preferred
- Chemo/Bio Certification: Required within 1 year for Lutheran staff
- EMR: Cerner
Float Requirement: Yes
Additional Info:
- Travel Distance Requirement: Must live 50+ miles from facility
- Local Candidates: Not accepted
- Required for Submission: RN License, ACLS/BLS Certs, Driver’s License, Permanent Home Address (must match ID)
