Job Description
Join Gulfstream Aerospace as an Avionics/Electrical Technician IV on the 2nd shift, where you'll lead technical operations, ensuring aircraft systems are defect-free. Utilize your expertise to train others and implement process improvements while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform various operational and functional tests and repairs of avionics/electronic equipment and systems
Provide leadership and technical expertise
Train personnel to support company cross-training goals
Ensure quality and efficiency of all installations and repairs
Conduct functional and operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability
Maintain daily logs and documentation of work performed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Six years experience in avionics/electrical career field or two years accredited schooling in aviation electronics and four years related experience
In service Gulfstream experience
Preferred Qualifications
A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license
Other FCC License
Other NCATT
Proficiency in operation and troubleshooting of other aircraft systems
