Outpatient - Pharmacist Shift: 8.5 hour shifts between 8:00AM and 5:30PM Certs/Licensure Requirements: Minnesota board of pharmacy license, BLS (Must have MN license in hand to submit! We've already confirmed this with the facility) Experience? 1 year experience requirements preferred 2-3 years pharmacy experience Weekend requirement? Every 4th Call requirement? No Scrubs or dress code? Either scrubs or business casual
