Key Responsibilities

  • Answers phones and schedules appointments

  • Greets patients as they arrive and manages wait time
  • Completes check-in and check-out tasks including insurance verification
  • Collects co-payments and issues receipts
  • Processes walk-in patients and visitors
  • Manages medical records and correspondence
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with patients and employees
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 6+ months medical office experience
