Key Responsibilities
Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity
Maintain a positive work culture through coaching and hiring
Oversee routine ordering and inventory practices
Ensure cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
Resolve customer issues and support employee wellness
Execute marketing plans accurately and on time
Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
Strong people-oriented relationship skills
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Valid driver's license and insurance
Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred Qualifications
Background check completed satisfactorily
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
