Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Processing all release of information (ROI) requests in a timely manner
Ensuring accuracy and providing high-quality customer service
Safeguarding patient privacy and compliance with regulations
Engaging in direct customer service when applicable
Promoting positive customer relations through prompt service
Maintaining knowledge of state laws and hospital policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of experience in Healthcare Customer Service
Experience with Release of Information (ROI) and medical record releases
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work onsite at Chandler Regional Medical Center
Ability to work normal business hours with occasional overtime or weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare terminology
Experience with policy and procedures within Arizona state law, federal, and HIPAA regulations
Experience working in a hospital, physician's office, or medical clinic setting
Clerical or administrative support background
Experience working in a call center
