Key Responsibilities

  • Processing all release of information (ROI) requests in a timely manner
  • Ensuring accuracy and providing high-quality customer service
  • Safeguarding patient privacy and compliance with regulations
  • Engaging in direct customer service when applicable
  • Promoting positive customer relations through prompt service
  • Maintaining knowledge of state laws and hospital policies

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in Healthcare Customer Service
  • Experience with Release of Information (ROI) and medical record releases
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work onsite at Chandler Regional Medical Center
  • Ability to work normal business hours with occasional overtime or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare terminology
  • Experience with policy and procedures within Arizona state law, federal, and HIPAA regulations
  • Experience working in a hospital, physician's office, or medical clinic setting
  • Clerical or administrative support background
  • Experience working in a call center
