Job Description
As a Shift Manager at Domino's, you will oversee all operations during your shift, ensuring high standards in customer service, inventory, and cost control. This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and advance within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the shift including cost controls, inventory control, and customer relations
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
Staffing and scheduling
Maintain store cleanliness and perfect image

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage
Prepare product
Receive and process telephone orders

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately
