Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of assigned clinic location(s)
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Train and develop a team of employees
Coordinate solutions inter-departmentally
Implement solutions to budgetary and quality improvement challenges
Integrate charging/reimbursement changes into clinic operations
Required Qualifications
High School Degree or GED required
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or willing to obtain within 3 years of hire
Experience managing colleagues in a healthcare setting
Experience working with physicians and advanced practice providers
Experience working in an organization of comparable size and complexity, preferably in healthcare
