Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations of assigned clinic location(s)
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
  • Train and develop a team of employees
  • Coordinate solutions inter-departmentally
  • Implement solutions to budgetary and quality improvement challenges
  • Integrate charging/reimbursement changes into clinic operations

Required Qualifications

  • High School Degree or GED required
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or willing to obtain within 3 years of hire
  • Experience managing colleagues in a healthcare setting
  • Experience working with physicians and advanced practice providers
  • Experience working in an organization of comparable size and complexity, preferably in healthcare
