Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Director of Operations, where you'll oversee a diverse real estate portfolio across NYC. Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations for agency properties across five NYC boroughs
Monitor and manage sysaid tickets for prompt service
Manage and mentor area managers and maintenance teams
Collaborate with external contractors for complex maintenance issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
Develop performance metrics for operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years working as a tradesperson
At least 5 years of managerial experience
Experience with technical building systems
Fluent in English
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a hybrid role with field and office responsibilities
Familiarity with life safety system requirements and contract management
Ability to analyze performance metrics
Prior experience managing large real estate portfolios
