Key Responsibilities
Attend and complete PFG Entry Level Driver Trainee or Dock to Driver Training Program
Assist driver trainer in executing deliveries
Perform safety checks and inspections of tractor/truck and trailer
Follow DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines
Inspect trailer for properly loaded and secured freight
Drive to and deliver customer orders according to schedule
Unload products and transport items into designated storage areas
Complete daily record of hours of service
Perform general housekeeping duties in tractor and loading dock area
Required Qualifications
0-6 months commercial driving experience
High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent
Valid CDL B
Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements
Must be 21 years of age
Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
Pass road test
Valid current DOT Health Card
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment
