  • Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:00)
  • Shift Duration: 12 Hour Days
  • Shifts per Week: 3
  • Hours per Week: 36
  • Weekend Coverage: Required (Every Other Weekend/Every Other Holiday)
  • Scrubs: Provided by hospital
  • Estimated Weekly Salary: $2410 - $2580

Registered Nurse Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (within the last 12 months)
  • Active New Jersey or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
  • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (all must be valid and not expire within 30 days of assignment start)
  • Must pass Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (2 attempts permitted; must be taken on a PC)
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
  • EPIC charting experience preferred
  • Ability to float to High Risk OB (HROB) unit and nearby hospitals (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL) within skillset
  • Must complete labs within 48 hours of signing
  • Must be clean shaven for fit testing

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients in a Level III high-risk setting
  • Monitor and assess mothers and newborns, including high-risk antepartum patients and those on continuous monitoring
  • Float to High Risk OB unit as needed, caring for early inductions and antepartum patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document care and assessments accurately using EPIC (preferred)
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Participate in required orientation and complete all assigned modules
