Key Responsibilities
Handle repairs, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
Utilize hand/power tools and precision measurement tools
Ensure safe operation of machinery and mechanical systems
Follow blueprints and operation manuals
Troubleshoot equipment problems using precision measuring instruments
Perform safety checks on boilers and make necessary repairs
Record and analyze meter readings of utilities
Inspect and maintain machinery in accordance with procedures
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Minimum of 6 months’ work experience repairing industrial processing equipment
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
Lockout / Tagout experience
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must pass maintenance knowledge assessment test
Preferred Qualifications
Two-year technical degree in an appropriate background
