ED RN - Beverly & Addison Gilbert Hospitals (floating required) Nights- every other weekend/rotation as needed

Education: Experience: 2 + years tele experience, previous travel experience preferred Requirements: tele experience, ACLS, BLS, TNCC.
Tele test will be administered on first day and it will be pass/fail. Fail could result in assignment termination. Study material will be provided at the time of assignment confirmation.

Flu vaccine required for new staff starting 9/2. Current staff will need to be vaccinated by 12/1. (declinations not accepted).
Active MA license required at time of submissions
Local candidates not accepted
Cannot have worked perm/travel/PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past 6 months
