Join Brinks Home as the Director of Growth Marketing and lead strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and digital performance. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovation and achieve key growth metrics in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own DTC acquisition strategy across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, SEO, and CRO
  • Lead agency and internal team execution across performance channels, ensuring KPIs are achieved
  • Manage digital budget pacing and channel allocations to drive efficiency and growth
  • Guide testing roadmap for digital campaigns and landing pages; promote a data-informed growth culture
  • Build and scale affiliate programs from the ground up, in partnership with the internal team and external agency
  • Launch and optimize eCommerce strategies to expand self-service acquisition
  • Establish benchmarks and performance targets for emerging channels
  • Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion paths
  • Monitor KPIs weekly/monthly and translate insights into clear next steps
  • Drive continuous optimization in media efficiency, channel mix, and creative performance
  • Manage and mentor the Growth team, supporting day-to-day campaign execution
  • Partner closely with other teams to ensure integrated growth efforts

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles with budget and channel ownership
  • Expertise in paid media (search/social), affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., Impact), SEO fundamentals, and CRO
  • Experience launching and/or scaling eCommerce or lead generation strategies in a subscription-based or RMR business
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms, lead scoring, and marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce, GA4, Iterable)
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing paid programs based on data-driven insights
  • Proven leadership and vendor management experience; able to manage agency relationships and internal teams
  • Highly collaborative and action-oriented with strong communication and prioritization abilities
