Key Responsibilities
Provide treatments to patients by evaluating functions and applying appropriate treatments.
Participate in interdisciplinary education and clinical education of students.
Conduct evaluations and establish individualized, measurable goals for patients.
Educate patients/families in home exercise programs and functional activities.
Document patient care in accordance with insurance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic personal computer skills in Windows-based programs.
