Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist global and domestic clients with trading and account servicing inquiries via chats and secure messages
  • Share trading and service knowledge with the team
  • Engage clients proactively to build rapport

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required OR ability to obtain these licenses
  • Flexibility to work on emails/chats/phones as needed
  • Proactive client engagement skills
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with risk awareness and mitigation
  • Effective research and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in Finance Industry
  • 1+ years of experience with clients through chats/emails
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US institution
  • High flexibility in shift times, especially early mornings
  • Experience serving international clients
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow in personal finance and markets
  • Resilience in achieving client satisfaction in a demanding environment
