Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, toileting, and grooming
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse
Assist residents with meals and create a positive dining experience
Participate in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum of 18 years of age
Long Term Care Experience (3 months required)
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or GED
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
