Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, and dressing
Record vital signs and provide psychosocial support
Document resident interactions and communicate changes to charge nurse
Assist with meals and promote positive dining experience
Participate in wellness and recreational programs
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum age of 16
High school graduate or GED preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
Enrolled in a training program for CNA certification
