Job Description
Join Optimum as a Direct Sales Representative and play a key role in providing high-speed connectivity solutions. You will engage with customers in a dynamic sales environment, offering personalized telecom packages and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Craft tailored telecom packages for customers
Stay updated with product offerings and pricing plans
Sell products in the field and address customer concerns
Negotiate and close sales agreements
Complete all necessary paperwork and sales reports
Provide post-sales support to customers
Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Adhere to company policies and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivator with ability to work independently
Proficient computer and technical skills
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, and car insurance
Ability to work full time
