Key Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and validate analog, digital, and RF circuitry for embedded systems
Lead PCB layout and design for high-reliability, multi-layer boards
Integrate a wide range of sensors and communication modules into embedded systems
Develop and integrate RF front-ends and antennas for secure communications
Perform schematic capture, BOM generation, layout, and detailed documentation
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, systems, and test engineers
Conduct signal integrity analysis and electromagnetic compatibility assessments
Support environmental and compliance testing
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in microelectronics design and development
Proficiency in tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD
Solid foundation in analog/digital circuit theory and practical design
Familiarity with lab testing tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs)
Understanding of DFM/DFT/DFA best practices in a defense context
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with RF circuit design
Knowledge of antenna design and integration
Experience designing low power and ultra low power embedded devices
Hands-on experience with RF simulation tools such as CST, HFSS, or Keysight ADS
Familiarity with military standards (MIL-STD)
Background in embedded systems, microcontrollers, and interface protocols
Experience in end-to-end lifecycle development for defense platforms
