Key Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of customer needs using CRM tools
Identify dealer needs to promote product solutions and campaigns
Manage accounts and enhance dealer growth through performance-related discussions
Manage, service, and mitigate risk on customer accounts
Drive new growth opportunities for existing accounts
Required Qualifications
Two years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
A valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation
Ability and desire to frequently travel 25-50% within your market
Desire and experience working in a multi-faceted environment
Ability to use and understand technology required for your position
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets
Preferred Qualifications
Previous auto industry experience
Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
