Server
to join our growing team to meet the demands of our fast past, fully operational, full service restaurant. Border Cafe is a staple of the restaurant scene and has been recognized for multiple awards and recognition for quality in food and service. Job Duties include but are not limited to:Provide excellent customer servicesGreet customers and present menusMake suggestions based on their preferencesTake and serve food/drinks ordersArrange table settingsKeep tables clean and tidy at all timesDeliver checks and collect paymentsCommunicate with all serving and kitchen staffAdhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelinesQualifications for the ideal candidate would include the following traits but not limited:
Experience as a Restaurant ServerExperience with any ordering information systemCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsActive listeningExcellent physical conditionCustomer-centricHigh school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plusIf you are willing to put in the effort please apply.
