Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, and vital signs
Document resident interactions and communicate changes in condition
Assist with food preparation and dining experiences
Support other clinical staff and lead problem-solving efforts
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum age of 16
Two years' clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED)
Completion of Restorative Nursing training within 6 months
Registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry if applicable
