Job Description

Join Quill as a Territory Sales Executive, where you will drive revenue growth, engage with customers, and represent a well-known brand in the office supply sector. This remote role allows you to work from home while supporting the Philadelphia region, making a significant impact on sales and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Create engaging presentations to drive prospect engagement
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Present custom pricing solutions to potential customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management team
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
