Join Boston Consulting Group as a Payroll Senior Analyst to lead the transformation of payroll functions across the U.S. and Canada. You'll work closely with finance leaders to modernize processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-state payroll reporting and tax compliance
Support mobility-related payroll functions for expatriates and inpatriates
Plan and coordinate transformation process-related activities
Demonstrate strong project management skills
Build partnerships with colleagues across the organization
Manage day-to-day escalations and act as business partner
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years Payroll experience
Experience with 3rd party payroll service (ADP, Ceridian etc.)
Experience in system/operational transformations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Working knowledge of automation capabilities (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path etc.)
Experience with international mobility rules and multi-state payroll taxation
