Med/Surg Tele RN Job Details

• Location: Manchester, NH 03102 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
• Unit: D100 Med-Surg/Telemetry (47 beds)
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• End Date: March 2, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), every other weekend required
• Estimated Weekly Hours: 36
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1780 - $1910
• Dress Code: Scrubs (no assigned color)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or compact state)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Proficient telemetry nursing skills
• Experience with moderate acuity patients (vascular, bariatric preferred)
• Ability to float to other Med-Surg Telemetry units as needed
• Familiarity with Alaris Pumps, bladder scanners, chest tube drainage systems, Dinamaps, and vein finders
• Experience with Sunrise EMR preferred

Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to diverse Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms; respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams (RNs, LNA’s, monitor techs, secretaries)
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Sunrise EMR
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care process
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and unit guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility by floating to similar Med/Surg Tele units as needed
• Work every other weekend as part of the regular nursing schedule
