Key Responsibilities
Conduct surgical and nonsurgical treatments for Soldiers, retirees, and their families
Determine treatment courses for patients with musculoskeletal disorders
Utilize state-of-the-art medical equipment
Participate in continued education and training
Conduct research in orthopedics
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. school
Current license to practice medicine in the U.S., D.C., or Puerto Rico
Eligibility for board certification
Completion of at least one year of approved Graduate Medical Education internship
U.S. citizenship for Active Duty
Permanent U.S. residency for Army Reserve
