Job Description
Join The Hospital of Central Connecticut as an Assistant Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional healthcare services. You will play a vital role in ensuring quality patient care while fostering a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises a large work group to ensure high quality, cost-effective service delivery.
Maintains effective customer service relationships by responding to customer needs and resolving conflicts.
Communicates effectively with staff, management, and customers to facilitate information flow.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Active CT RN license required prior to start date
At least 2 years of Behavioral Health RN experience
1 year of experience leading employees in a behavioral health setting
Strong communications skills required - both written, verbal and public speaking/teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS, PALS, TNCC and CEN preferred
