Job Description

Join Quill as a Field Sales Executive, where you'll drive new revenue growth in the Philadelphia market. Utilize your sales expertise to build strategies, connect with customers, and exceed targets while being part of a supportive and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers.
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule customer meetings.
  • Create engaging presentations and attend events to represent Quill.
  • Present custom pricing solutions to high growth commercial customers.
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management post-customer commitment.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet revenue quotas.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel.
  • Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
