Job Description
Join KinderCare Education as an Assistant Teacher and make a difference in the lives of children and families. You'll create a nurturing environment, implement tailored educational programs, and collaborate with parents and staff to promote children's growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Implement KinderCare's curriculum based on each child's needs
Create a safe, nurturing environment for children
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Support center’s success in enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts
Required Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations
Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Ability to work indoors or outdoors
Able to assume postures in low levels
Read, write, understand, and speak English
