Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll tax activities in compliance with regulations
  • Manage tax vendor filings and reporting including W-2s and W-2Cs
  • Verify and update regulatory requirements and tax rates
  • Investigate and respond to tax inquiries and audits
  • Implement process improvements to resolve issues
  • Assist with payroll tax projects and system testing
  • Facilitate ongoing training for payroll team members
  • Maintain process documentation for tax processes

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in US payroll tax including ADP Tax Services and Workday Payroll
  • High School diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • US Multi State Taxation
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
