Key Responsibilities
Oversee patient care in assigned communities
Provide therapy services including assessment and treatment planning
Contribute to program development and quality improvement
Advise treatment planning and therapeutic interventions
Implement company-wide policies and clinical programs
Required Qualifications
Degree from an accredited OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or SLP program
Active ASHA Certification Required for SLP candidates
Current state licensure in OT, PT, COTA, PTA or SLP
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
A results-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
A tech-savvy skillset with the ability to learn quickly
A sense of professional curiosity, with a desire to learn new things, and to find/recommend solutions to problems
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of one year management experience
