Key Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations and provide guidance to employees
Ensure safety procedures and accident handling are followed
Greet and assist customers, addressing complaints professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of store and merchandise
Complete and balance paperwork and deposits accurately
Set an example for compliance with cleanliness and uniform policies
Enhance merchandise displays to promote sales
Enforce company standards and local laws regarding sales
Monitor activity for theft or dishonesty
Authorize gas station pump payments and uphold credit policies
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in Retail and/or Retail Merchandising and Customer Service
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Customer Service skills
Previous experience in a team lead or leadership role
Ability to work flexible hours
Strong communication skills, including written and verbal
Ability to work on computers with MS Office Suite
High level of product knowledge in convenience store products, livestock or equine products, lawn and garden supplies, hardware, fencing, pet feed & supplies or related retail knowledge
