Key Responsibilities
Manage donor center operations in absence of Center Manager
Create a motivating organizational environment
Collaborate with Training and Quality staff
Provide feedback and coaching to employees
Monitor and evaluate operations for efficiency
Handle personnel functions including hiring and training
Oversee inventory levels and submit orders
Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
Manage financial records and donor funds
Implement risk management strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field
