Job Description

  • Manage donor center operations in absence of Center Manager
  • Create a motivating organizational environment
  • Collaborate with Training and Quality staff
  • Provide feedback and coaching to employees
  • Monitor and evaluate operations for efficiency
  • Handle personnel functions including hiring and training
  • Oversee inventory levels and submit orders
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures
  • Manage financial records and donor funds
  • Implement risk management strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Preferably in Science, Business, Nursing, Finance, or related field
