Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Achieve sales growth by maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule staff and manage labor costs
Train and develop crew members
Maintain cooperation with management and crew
Conduct crew and management meetings
Control inventory and maintain product supply
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Maintain building and equipment
Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
