Key Responsibilities
Escort patients and complete patient intake
Clean and prepare exam rooms
Administer injections and assist with procedures
Prepare and route lab specimens
Schedule appointments and respond to patient inquiries
Ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards
Train other employees on medical assistant duties
Assist with front desk procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
At least one (1) year of medical assisting experience
Completion of a Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant program
Professionalism and strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly with doctors and patients
Ability to lift at least 15 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
