3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) Description: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital Med/Surg Tele RN.AUTO OFFER - 3x12's ONLY!WEEKENDS ONLY - *EVERY WEEKEND*D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks D, 2 weeks N IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)Please confirm at time of submission which scheduling the candidate prefers: Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon.Facility will not consider a Sun/Mon/Tues or Thur/Fri/Sat.MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.MUST HAVE 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience - travel experience will suffice.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.Traveler must work at least every other holiday.ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
