Key Responsibilities
Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant
Manage labor costs to meet company standards
Train the management team and crew using current training system
Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew
Conduct crew and management team meetings
Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standards
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Maintain building and equipment using proper maintenance procedures
Required Qualifications
2 - 5 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Driver's License and good driving record
Strong conflict-resolution skills
Solid organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
