Job Description
As a Store Manager at Primark, you'll lead your team to drive sales and improve store performance while providing exceptional customer service. You'll take ownership of the store's vision, motivate your team, and ensure optimal operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set the store vision and direction
Drive continuous improvement and maintain store standards
Maximize sales and motivate the team
Manage inventory and commercial performance
Understand local market and benchmark against competitors
Required Qualifications
5 years prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Ability to analyze reports and improve commercial performance
Strong planning and organizational skills
Effective communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developing high performing teams
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in empowering teams for excellent customer service
