Key Responsibilities
Coordinates a clinical treatment program for clients
Conducts individual, family, or group therapy sessions
Assesses progress of clients and modifies treatment programs
Documents therapy in accordance with hospital policies
Intervenes as a crisis counselor when needed
Provides educational programs on psychological topics
Required Qualifications
Master's degree
Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health (LPC-MH)
Clinical Social Worker - Practitioner in Private Practice (CSW-PIP)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Preferred Qualifications
Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)
4-6 years related experience and/or training
Clinical experience facilitating group therapy sessions
Experience working with clients having dual diagnoses issues
Clinical experience with couples and/or family therapy
