Job Description
Join our acute care team as a PRN Physical Therapist, where you'll assess and treat patients while mentoring staff and enhancing clinical programs. This flexible role allows you to make a significant impact on patient care in our community.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluations
Document findings and progress, providing instruction to patients and caregivers
Assist with program development and serve as a resource and mentor
Oversee development and training of assistants, students, and rehabilitation technicians
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or Physical Therapy Compact Commission
Current Certification in Basic Life Support
Preferred Qualifications
Doctoral degree along with a residency or fellowship program
One year of experience preferred
Ability to mentor/train staff or supervise clinical interns/students
