Key ResponsibilitiesExecuting and training on inventory best practices Supporting pharmacy inventory management activities Ensuring accuracy of on-hand balances and pricing Engaging customers and resolving issues as needed Coaching team members on inventory management processes Maintaining accurate inventory counts and compliance with regulations Assisting in physical inventory preparation Completing pricing activities and maintaining pricing accuracy Required QualificationsSix months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail work experience Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Achieving expectations rating on last performance review (internal candidates only) Demonstrated attention to detail Ability to multi-task and manage execution Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a shift lead, pharmacy technician, or customer service associate Prior work experience with Walgreens, with an evaluation on file
