Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you will be the first point of contact for clients accessing vital outpatient services. You will manage appointments, ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service, making a significant impact in the lives of individuals and families in need.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, return, and screen calls/requests
Collect and scan documentation and co-pays
Check clients in/out and schedule appointments
Document services provided in client charts
Manage virtual clinic waiting rooms
Communicate with clients regarding appointments and services
Perform routine office administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience preferred
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
