Job Description

Join Staples' Quill team as a Business Development Representative focusing on driving growth in Philadelphia, PA. This remote role involves building customer relationships, strategizing sales growth, and exceeding revenue goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of $1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy
  • Qualify prospects based on customer size and potential
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Create and present custom pricing solutions
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Work closely with sales leadership to drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory, approximately 50% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
