Job Description
Join TTEC as a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent and help customers navigate their healthcare needs while working from home. You'll provide compassionate service and support, ensuring clients make informed decisions about their health plans.
Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products
Provide customer service and sales support through inbound and outbound calls
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
Identify additional customer needs and help them upgrade products
Complete the sale or renewal of health plans
Required Qualifications
Current Health insurance license in your state of residence
High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
Minimum six (6) months sales experience
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
Strong customer service orientation
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer navigation skills
