As a Bilingual Spanish Representative at Afni, you'll provide exceptional customer service by assisting current policyholders with their insurance needs. With a focus on building strong relationships, you'll engage with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions in a stable, supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound calls and consult to identify the prospective insured's needs.
Educate customers on insurance products and identify opportunities to sell additional products.
Communicate coverages and solutions effectively.
Research, analyze and resolve inquiries regarding insurance and service-related issues.
Engage in conversations with diverse customers.
Customize assistance according to individual policyholder’s needs.
Required Qualifications
At least six months working in a service or sales environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and use effective time management
Ability to communicate written and verbally in both Spanish and English
